How long does a detail take?

Anywhere from 1.5 hours for a maintenance wash to 2–3 days for paint correction and ceramic coating. You'll get a time estimate with your quote.

Do you come to me?

Always — we're a fully mobile detailing service. We come to your home or office and bring our own water, power and lighting. For paint correction and ceramic coating we'll ask for a garage, carport or other covered spot so the finish cures dust- and rain-free.

What's the difference between a sealant and a ceramic coating?

Accepted Answer

Sealants are easy to apply and last months. Ceramic coatings chemically bond to your clear coat and last years, with stronger gloss, chemical resistance and water beading.

Will paint correction remove every scratch?

Accepted Answer

Most swirls and light scratches can be removed. Deeper scratches that go through the clear coat can be improved but may need touch-up or refinishing — we'll always tell you upfront.

How should I wash my car after a coating?

Accepted Answer

Use a pH-neutral shampoo, the two-bucket method and clean microfiber towels. Avoid automatic brush washes. You'll receive a full care guide at handover.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Booking takes a 50% deposit, which confirms your slot; the balance is due when the work is finished. Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment and the deposit is refunded in full or moved to the new date. Inside 24 hours the deposit covers the time we held for you, though we'll always try to move you instead. If we have to cancel — weather, illness, equipment — you get the deposit back or a new date, your choice.
